* Any beef dressing 300lb. or less, will be charged a flat fee of $400.00
BBQ Hog:
$1.00/lb. x dress weight.

99lbs or les will  be charged a flat fee of $100.00

All in loose Sausage $1.50/lb.

Link sausage $1.85/lb.

Sausage Patties $2.00/lb.

99lbs or less will be charged a flat fee of $175.00
Processed Hog:
$1.75/lb. x dress weight.

Lamb/Goat:
70lbs or less-$150.00

71lbs and up-$2.14/lb x dress weight.

All lamb wrapped two chops or steaks to a package will be charged an extra $0.10/lb x dress weight.
* If product is not picked up on scheduled pick up day there will be a $30.00 per day charge.

* $25.00 Testing Fee for all cows .

* Beef waste disposal fee $30.00 per head.

* If you want your hide, there will be a $50 slaughter fee.

* Swine, Lamb, and Goat waste disposal fee $15 per head.

* Stew meat and stir fry $1.00/lb.

* Animal's wrapped or vacuum sealed one steak per pack will be charged an extra $0.10 per lb.

**All Black Hogs/Red and Wild Hogs will have a $30.00 surcharge added for processing.
